Plastic drip trays

Plastic drip trays are extremely resistant to acids or alkali solutions and excel thanks to their high corrosion resistance. It is essential that such substances are safely stored and decanted, especially in the case of aggressive fluids. Plastic drip trays offer precisely the high degree of protection required and are eminently suitable for storing hazardous substance containers.

Perfectly matched to your individual storage needs, drip trays and spill trays are available in a wide variety of sizes and models and are especially suited for responsible storage of aggressive fluids. Our flat spill trays are particularly useful if space is restricted or the tray is needed in a location which is difficult to access. All conceivable shapes and areas of use are possible, even with low effective depths. We manufacture drip trays that you as a customer need for your structural requirements. Custom-manufacturing on site is also possible, even for difficult-to-access spots. We also supply our tanks and containers (rectangular tanks, round tanks and drip trays) in versions welded into basements.

Our drip trays offer further advantages in their low weight and comparatively favourable price–performance ratio: Thanks to the use of plastics such as polyethylene (PE), spill trays are significantly lighter than comparable models made of steel and just as stable and robust despite their low price.

You can never be too safe

All safety drip trays are manufactured at Quadt in compliance with the German Water Resources Act and meet current statutory regulations and standards. Our plastic drip trays are thus also ideal to store larger volumes of hazardous materials and are often used for groundwater protection.

The comprehensive accessories can be combined with our drip trays, making our range for safety trays complete. We'll also help and advise you if you are designing a chemical storage facility and will assist you with our technical expertise.

Drip trays, also known as spill trays, must have sufficient holding capacity, as required by law. When used in water protection areas, spill trays must even guarantee that the whole tank volume can be retained. Speak to us if you require further advice on spill tray requirements.
