Electroplating tanks

Electroplating tanks – tanks specially designed for electroplating – are available in an extensive variety of models and shapes at Quadt. No matter whether you require electroplating tanks with or without reinforcement, as a single- or multi-chamber tank, or with an optional cover or suction system, you will get made-to-measure electroplating tanks from us, precisely matched to your needs.

Electroplating is subject to special requirements for the tanks used. That's why we impose strict requirements on ourselves for our tank construction. The used materials impress due to their high chemical stability. They are also corrosion-resistant.

Suitable for every operational purpose

We use the following materials to manufacture our electroplating tanks. The selected material depends on the actual application involved:

  • Polypropylene (PP)
  • Polyethylene (PE)
  • Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
  • Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF)
  • Polypropylene, flame-resistant (PPs)
  • Polypropylene, flame-resistant, electrically conductive (PPs-el)
  • Polyethylene, electrically conductive (PE-el)

Advantages at a glance

  • High chemical resistance and corrosion resistance to aggressive fluids thanks to the use of high-grade, engineered plastics
  • Flexible design and machining due a low weight or a lower density
  • Long-lasting and installation-friendly

Manufacturing electroplating tanks in plastic ensures a flexible, customised design, perfectly matched to specific customer requirements. Thanks to skilled workmanship, our tanks are very long-lasting, even under the conditions of electroplating processes. They also feature a very low tare weight with a low density, which makes them very easy to transport and install.
