Far away from any standard we also manufacture special parts made of plastic.

In this case the inquiry from a customer was like this:

The client had a vision in some kind of waterfall with integrated supporttank made of plastic, which sould be inserted in a stonework. A tank made of metal was not suitable in fact of the weight and for corrosion reasons.

The solution: A tank made of Polyethylene (PE), which was made of different parts like sheets and pipe parts. All parts welded together.

In this example you will see the mounting situation of the tank. The coverplate is equipped with some pipework, borings and a filter, the water can flow back into the internal tank where a immersion pump will circulate the water.
